I've used Dale from Prolock Mobile Locksmiths twice now to replace and change locks and keys at two different properties. Both interactions with Dale were excellent. He was punctual and professional. He explains things clearly and is affordably priced. He completed the job to a high standard and left the area neat and tidy. As a returned customer, I know that Dale's standard of work is excellent. Prolock will be my first choice for future lock/key issues.

Dale was absolutely fantastic - professional, knowledgeable and helpful! He was wonderful to deal with over the phone and was able to establish the best way forward with my specific locks just from seeing the pictures. He did an excellent job with the locks and explained all the features of the new security lock. Would recommend to everyone! I will definitely be using Prolock Locksmiths for all my future locksmith needs 🙂 Thank you Dale!
